Woodfill Elementary School's annual school fundraiser called 'Big Top Festival'. It is a carnival-like fundraiser that happens in September annually. Visitors can expect a day filled with exciting games, delicious food, and live entertainment for the whole family. Join us and be part of this incredible event that supports our school and community.
Our Journey
Every event has a story, and we want to share ours with you. 'Big Top Festival' started with a vision to create a vibrant and joyful experience for our school and community. Our dedicated team has worked tirelessly to bring this event to life, with the aim of fostering a spirit of togetherness and fun. We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for all attendees, filled with laughter, games, and shared moments of happiness.
We are seeking volunteers to join our crew to help with various open positions for the Big Top Festival at Woodfill Elementary. Join us in making a difference in our school community.

Big Top / Spaghetti Dinner Volunteer Positions
Volunteers needed! We are asking for each family to volunteer for a two hour block of time.
🍝 Spaghetti Dinner:
Friday, September 18th from 5 PM - 7:30 PM.
🎪 Big Top Festival:
Sunday, September 20th from 12 PM until 6 PM.
Big Top Pumpkin Pals
🎃Pumpkin Pals are festive surprise bags filled with Halloween treats and trinkets like stickers, erasers, and other fun goodies!
Contents vary, making every Pumpkin Pal a special surprise. Pumpkin Pals are delivered at school during the week before Halloween with a note letting students know who their Pumpkin Pal is from!
All orders and payments are due by Sunday, September 20th.

Big Top Classroom Baskets
This year, we will be using Amazon Wish Lists to create our classroom baskets 🧺. Use the corresponding link for your child's teacher to view the wish list and select the item(s) you'd like to donate. Items will be shipped directly to us. When checking out, please be sure to select the Big Top Festival shipping address and include only Big Top Festival items in your cart to ensure everything is delivered correctly.
Please make Amazon purchases by Sunday, September 6th to ensure that items are delivered on time.
