No | 2nd VP - Big Top Festival | Manage and coordinate the annual Big Top Festival & Spaghetti Dinner. They will secure and oversee Chairs for all areas of Big Top Festival, report monthly to the PTO Board on Big Top progress, conduct numerous pre and one post Big Top meetings, and coordinate Big Top news blasts to various social media outlets with Communications Secretary. |
No | 5th VP - Staff Support and Student Recognition | Manages gifts and recognition for teachers and staff, including back-to-school and birthday gifts, retirement gifts, and acknowledgments for departing PTO members and WES retirees. |
No | Recording Secretary | Responsible for taking and maintaining minutes for all board meetings, updates the Google drive with meeting minutes, and emails a copy of the minutes to any board member not present at the meeting, and assists the Communications Secretary with quarterly review of treasurer reports and bank statements. |
